Sifting Wisdom from Knowledge

The gap between knowledge and wisdom is as follows:

Knowledge

  • just information

  • we remain the same

  • not transformative

  • borrowed

  • repeated

  • comes from others

  • brings pride and complicates us

  • about past

  • speculative

  • satisfies self

  • theories about truth

  • forms beliefs of how things are and is not of reality

Wisdom

  • direct knowing

  • reality is directly seen

  • transformative

  • brings simplicity

  • brings innocence

  • always about the Present

  • opening the treasure of knowing who you are is never born or dies.

  • no more identification with roles, perceptions, and views

  • we understand that we are empty vessels of experience

  • liberating

  • eliminates self

  • shines the Truth itself

  • Wisdom destroys all beliefs

Why bother with all this?

What is the purpose of your life if not to know your essence?

If you see someone wise, follow them. Only a person with greater Consciousness can help you here.
