Inhale allows life’s abundance in

Exhale

Allows to let go

To grasp at nothing

Glimpse into intangible reality of life  involuntarily letting go even of the breath

Made conscious awakens to dimensions yet unexplored

Exhale fades into stillness

Stillness being the home ground of being and Consciousness

The breath is the breath

Not yours or mine and in its bareness just breath

Noself accompanies in the exhaling of any breath.

And so

Self dissolves into just this

Revealing the Essence of our being as still Consciousness

Wisdom permeates to let go of not just the self but its accoutrements

Possessions, emotions, feelings, memories and stories

Carrying nothing to the fading and alive ground of every present stillness.

Here there is no you and no me, no duality ,  just this still ground of Being

God in essence,

just on this very breath carrying and holding you through this mortal journey,

waiting to come home to the bare essence of just this
